Risks
- Documentation matching the user experience
- Changes might occur late in the release, so that not enough time is available to
develop and review user content about the changes. The team will treat the
change and user documentation like any other last-minute bug, and will rank and
prioritize it accordingly.
- Overflow documentation work
- The product release schedule is controlled by the time required for the
developers to develop new features and enhancements and to fix bugs. Therefore,
some sprints/releases might require more Tech Pubs content than the writer can
develop within the allotted time period.
- Tight schedule for reviews
- SMEs and other reviewers must provide comments within the required
sprint/release timeline, and must allow the writer adequate time to make the
updates.
