Dependencies
The documents for this release can be delivered on time if these dependencies are met:
- The schedule for customer docs tracks with the development schedule, i.e., changes in the development schedule mean day-for-day changes in documentation due dates.
- If features are added to the project, time must be added to develop documentation.
- Subject Matter Experts must be available for documentation research and writing.
- Systems under development must be available for the writer to verify procedures and output.
- Reviews must be done on time by the identified core team members or their designates.
- Other projects added to the writer’s workflow may require added time to deliver this project.
- Timely approval of release documentation.
- Timely definition and review of requirements spec and feature specs.
